Doesn't anyone have basements? I guess they are not common in earthquake zones.
My stuff is stored in the basement along with my electronic and mechanical workbenches.
I used to spend many a winter night working in my basement man cave until we got a high efficiency heater and the temperature dropped.
My XYL doesn't want to spend much time in the cold basement. I guess I need more tube boatanchors to warm it up.

All this talk of toe damage leads me to think that an entrepreneur could
make a killing selling boat-anchor bumper guards to the list.
