Hi
I get mine from the Pep Boys auto parts store. It works well, but put it on thick and leave it out in the Sun for a couple of days as it remains a bit soft, but otherwise the stuff is as good or better than the Krylon stuff

On the paint, there are scores of solutions, none of them really work well
