[ARC5] Antenna Current Meter Needed

Hi all, does anyone have a good Antenna Current Meter for the BC-442 
Antenna Relay? Mine is in a bunch of pieces and will need some 
rebuilding and work to restore. Also, where would I get black wrinkle 
paint that would match the original finish for the Command Sets? Any
