[ARC5] Interesting?

I have one Colonial BC-455-B S/N 3676 from the 595-WF-43 order and it also
has the same plastic plate with small bolts.  Another Colonial unit, a
BC-453-B from the same order has the same type of plate and bolts.  I'm
originally from Buffalo so have a bit of a soft spot for Colonial items.

The odd lot of screws makes the unit's untouched status a little suspect, I
think.  But that's just me.
