[ARC5] Dynamotor Capacitor

Well, the laws of elettrical engineering have not really changed since the
ARC-5s were designed. Yes, solid state stuff has come in, but there isn't
any in ARC-5s.

What has improved are simulation tools and computing capability. As a
result, various theories can be tested and ARC's design better understood.
