[ARC5] RF Exposure

As far as being harmed by RF exposure, I once keyed up my Icom IC-215 and happened to have a finger against the SO-239 antenna plug on the back.  That sure hurt!  I put a Caplug over it after that.

 And my high school physics teacher described when he was stationed in Long Beach in the 1930's, he keyed up his ham rig and heard shrieks from their maid, who was hanging wet laundry on the clothesline at the time.  The clothesline was wire and was nicely arrayed to catch the RF of his transmission.

And no, he was not using the clothesline as an antenna.
