[ARC5] MT-1175 Observations

Hello Wayne,

I've noticed the same kind of misfit with some normal SCR-274-N and ARC-5 
racks. Sometimes it was the screw heads that protruded - an easy fix - 
remove the lock washers; sometimes the base cover plate was a smidgin too 
wide. And it wasn't just the screws holding the bottom cover plate - 
sometimes it was the screws holding the top cover in place. But it wasn't 
every rack.

This rack for Type 12 sets: is it available? Photos? I despaired of ever 
finding one.
