Well, I think my initial plan will be to see if the dynamic mic element
still works and to verify that transformer is really a high to low z unit.
If so, I’ll bundle it back up, replace the cord, and see what happens.
I have a buddy of mine that will be at Ham-Com looking for a used Carbon
mic for me, but he also says they’re getting hard to find.
Man, those old and fat CB mics were a dime a dozen just the other day….
Well, maybe a bit longer than that…..
