[ARC5] Gluing felt

 I found it difficult to cut felt for a GF lid even with a new xacto blade. I imagine it was die cut originally and probably a hide type glue was used.
 I'm curious about your cutting method.

What glue is best for attaching green felt to
aluminum?  Looking at replacing some worn on
felt on some RU receiver tube covers.
