[ARC5] Gluing felt

I use a spray adhesive like #M General Purpose 45 to glue felt to the threaded feet on the feet that I make for the National NC-200 and NC-2-40DT.

What glue is best for attaching green felt to
aluminum?  Looking at replacing some worn on
felt on some RU receiver tube covers.
