[ARC5] ARC-5 T-20 Frequency coverage and other questions

That may have required the removal and repositioning of the dial, since the
tuning capacitors may have needed to be almost fully meshed even with the
bandset capacitors fully meshed. I simply can't remember.

I do remember that to reposition the dial on its shaft, you need to remove
it completely, file off or break off the tiny alignment prong on the shaft,
then reattach the dial and refit the locknut.
