[ARC5] A New eBay Screing

I'd bet the 'remove from cart' does not work if you win an auction. If
it's as you say, it's ANOTHER effort to FORCE users into PayPal, which is
more profit for eBay of course. The eBay system may be slick, but I'm not
in favor of any greased slide into ID theft. I've seen far too many PayPal
fraud scams. It's a Target-In-Waiting.
