[ARC5] ARC5 Transmitter Calibration xtals

Well, Rick's post was timestamped long before I posted my first explanation,
but for some reason I didn't receive it till after. Also, I notice that
bcarling didn't
acknowledge it till after.

We must assume that Rick wasn't trolling or trying to provoke, and did in
fact
post long before us. His explanation certainly seems in good faith, although
he was wrong on one point.

I can't recall seeing anything by him before, and welcome his comments and
his apparently new presence on the group. Rick, please continue to post.
