I don't how you could use that as-rated for a BC-459.
Waaaaaay too "hot."  Unless you have a dual primary you could 
wire
for 240 but plug-into 120.  600 V is about the max you want
to run on a BC-459.

ARC-5 Folks:  We have a good divider to run the rigs once you've
got 400-600 VDC available.  It appears there is a need for
information on the most economical and practical way to
get that 400-600 VDC supply.
Anyone want to offer their input?
