[ARC5] More BC-230 on 30 Meters

Was tinkering with moving the "non-ham-band" coils
of the BC-230 transmitters when it dawned on me
that the "crystal control" coil sets covered 4-5 MC.
So I swapped the 12-turn tank coil I wrote about before
into the "crystal control" coil set, strapped-in an FT-243
socket and in with a 5055 KC crystal. Installed this
in the rig with the 6AQ5s and it's making 2 Watts out
on 10108 KC.

Crystal needs to be active. A less-active crystal-
one of the "mini-holder" type- is "whoopy" and
the active crystal has a little "sing-song" as well.
I tried installing a "gimmick" cap between the OSC tube's
plate and grid and this did almost eliminate the chirp,
but it had the unforseen result of making the rig drift lower
on key-down when using "stock" MOPA configuration.
Probably because it's drawing too much current and
heating-up, so I removed the gimmick.

Going to fiddle with the biases again and see if I can
get it to "settle down." Also have to build an external
keying and antenna switching box, since the stock
SCR-183 switching won't do more than about 7 WPM.
2 Watts on 30 Meters with a good antenna
will gather a lot of contacts.
