[ARC5] Dummy load for BC-230?

I have jury-rigged a couple of 6AQ5 to fit the osc and RF amp
stages in my BC-230-AS. It appears to be doing the right
things, up to the RF output.

One of David's postings mentioned a 4 ohm / 100pF dummy
load for the BC-230. I am guessing these should be in series
to emulate a short antenna. The nearest noninductive resistor
I have is 5ohm, so using that in series with 100pF.

Trying this on my set at around 3800kc, the antenna load has
to be at max, and then there is no deflection on the RF ammeter
There is about 3.2v peak across the resistor, which is about 1W.
The RMS RF current should be 0.2A, probably not visible on
the current meter.

Wrong load values perhaps? (No manual here so flying blind,
a bit).
