[ARC5] Synchronous vibrator electronic mod, antenna toroid, speaker matching

I've not seen one either, but it looks closely related to the WS 19, or
more likely the lighter weight, lower power WS 22. The vibrator
replacement looks like it'd fit one in the Canadian WS 19 Mk III.
