[ARC5] [Boatanchors] Wayne Green, W2NSD, Dead at 91.

Gents:

     Wayne paid me $10 for my first Ham radio article that he published in 
73 mag (Sept, 1967.)  His payment caused me to open my first savings 
account.  I also looked forward to reading his editorials in 73 each month.

     RIP, OM and gud DX.
