[ARC5] Dynamotor Whine

I had a similar problem with one of mine once.  Try grounding the dynamotor
rectangular mounting plate to the chassis with a short piece of solder wick
or wire.  Noise disappeared.  That should not make any difference but it
did in mine.  Something wasn't "grounded" like it should have been - it's a
useful troubleshooting clue...
