[ARC5] Dynamotor Whine

Hi Joel –

Remove the ends of the dynamotor.  You’ll see a 0.001 uF bypass capacitor.
Replace it and see if that helps.

I’d also recommend carefully cleaning the commutators.  I used a #2 pencil
eraser and it worked fine.

Clean and repack the bearings while you’re in there.
