[ARC5] Subterfuge and the BC-906-D

The RT-1A/APN-2 operates on these frequencies:
214; 219; 224; 229; and 235 MHz (5 MHz click stops)
The Eureka responds on the same frequencies, but the Tx and Rx are never
on the same frequency.
