[ARC5] command set trivia

At the time I enlisted, in 1962, the only commisioned position for an 
indivual who wore glasses was as a Navy Supply officer.  Believe me I 
checked this out carefully as I wore glasses.  Army, Air Force, and 
Marines had -no- opportunities for OCS for us 4 eyes.  It changed later 
but too late for me.
