[ARC5] Cleaning pins...

I used to use Tarn-X, but stopped when I noticed that it made the silver tarnish more rapidly. I looked at a sample under a microscope and discovered that, contrary to the creams that are normally used for silver utensils, the dip stuff etches holes into the surface, sort of a honeycomb appearance. That increases the surface area open to the atmosphere and accelerates the retarnishing...duh. Pins would be tough to work on...lots of Q tips... but for things like the tuning coils on the ARC-5 transmitters, the cream treatment will last far longer and doesn't damage the silver surface like a dip.
