Mark's experience reminded me that it is also highly dependent on the 
antenna characteristics you are feeding.  Define "normal conditions" and 
the collective wisdom on this list could probably venture a better 
guess.  The 274N manual assumes a five ohm load.  Abnormal, like feeding 
a 50 ohm vertical, would be pretty low...one of the reasons a number of 
us like to use a 4:1 UNUN to perk up the RF ammeter.
