It's not calibrated in amperes, John. Take a look at the writeup I did 
on the remote meters at http://aafradio.org/flightdeck/I-71A.html and 
the info on the five meter test sets at 
http://aafradio.org/docs/ARC_Test_sets.PNG (the latter document gives 
current figures for tone, CW, and voice modes.)
