[ARC5] LC network to convert logic to sine

Zverev first published his tables in the IEEE proceedings as I recall. I did
not run across his book till 1974, but that was at work, and I could not
steal it, HI. I have been looking for it, but never ran across it. Besides
the IEEE article that I still have, I now use the handbook with tables by
Saal. I did like Zverev's book more, so, may pick up a copy. Would like to
find an original. Some other filter books also have tables but none as
comprehensive as Zverev's or Saal's. Thanks & 73 - Mike

The Handbook of Filter Synthesis by Zverev is kind of the professional bible
these days. It is more than tables. There are lots of curves and circuits
too. It's pretty extensive. There are equations in places, but the
emphasis is on the practical and you do not have to delve into the math to
get what you want. First published in 1967 and then extensively revised in
2005. Not cheap but it comes in softcover now. The publisher is Wiley
Interscience.

Where do you find those?
