The Handbook of Filter Synthesis by Zverev is kind of the professional
bible these days. It is more than tables. There are lots of curves and
circuits too. It's pretty extensive. There are equations in places, but
the emphasis is on the practical and you do not have to delve into the math
to get what you want. First published in 1967 and then extensively revised
in 2005. Not cheap but it comes in softcover now. The publisher is Wiley
Interscience.
