[ARC5] Power Supply

I have one but do not use it with the ARC-5.  The HV is higher (700 to
800V) than what you want for the T-22.  The filament power is 12.6V which
means rewiring your rig.  The LV I recall is around 275V, which would be
useful as the screen supply and (with VR tubes) could be used for the osc.
 The current delivery is ample for all outputs.
