[ARC5] Black Crinkle Finish ARC-3

These appear to have been common equipment in F-51D's in Korea, based on many photos I have seen, but seem to be pretty rare otherwise.  Also note that it is not an A model R-77 and so lacks the IF connector.

In F-51D's in Korea, as well as some in the USA, a BC-453 was often seen sitting high atop the ARC-3 installation, way up in the bubble canopy.
