[ARC5] 274N rack used for APW-11??

The AAA guns could fire VT shells, so they could probably carry telemetery
transmitters in place of explosives.

I could see the Dopplar tone and/or received signal strength being
returned to ground so the range rate between the target and shell could be
measured, during setup or some other tests.
