[ARC5] 274N rack used for APW-11??

Probably.  My database says that AN/APW-11 was used for telemetry with 
SCR-584 and AN/MSQ-1.  The only thing I can think of that makes sense, since the 
radar sets are for AAA control, would be for testing or battery setup.
