Looked up the Seahawk in US Navy Floatplanes of WWII In Action.

The SC-1 has a rather tall mast from the center of the top of the windshield with a wire antenna extending to the tip of vertical stabilizer. It clearly is a rather taller mast than the stock AN-104 and has a hinge in it to enable it to be folded over so it will not interfere with the hoist to lift the airplane aboard ship after a water landing alongside. A wire extends from the aft antenna insulator to the fuselage aft of the tail. So the mast could have been an AN-104 for use on VHF with an extension and hinge added with the feed point from the rear, thereby making the hinge situation easier.

The later SC-2 had the mast moved aft of the cockpit.
