[ARC5] BC-1206-B

After reading a all the postings. I went to my storage area and pulled
out one of the two BC-1206 radios I own. This one is made by
Setchell-Carson and is the BC-1206-CM model. I picked this up three years
ago at a local Hamfest. It was one of the radios that Fair Radio packaged
into a small metal enclosure, added a power supply, speaker and antenna
jack on the rear. To use the internal speaker you plug in a phone plug
that come out of the front of the enclosure. I did fire it up when I got
it. The power supply filter caps were shot, I replaced them and did the
needed TLC to the controls and such.  For such a simple radio it works
well. Maybe I will put up a long wire or loop and see what if anything is
out there to listen too.
