[ARC5] Novice License document

I still have my original Novice Class licensed issued on 15 May 1959.  I did not have to "show" the license when I took my General Class examination in early October 1959 but did have to list my Novice Call sign on the FCC license form.  In 1964, when I renewed my General Class license, I did have to include my license with the renewal form.  I did NOT receive that license back with the renewed license.  After that, I did not have to include the original, or even a copy, of the license when renewing.  I still have those licenses.

I did see a couple of licenses that were upgraded from Technician Class by just a rubber stamp on the license document.  This was in the fall of 1962 when I was a freshman in college.
