[ARC5] ARB Shock Mount Question

The ARB has a shock mount which is a frame of right angle aluminum w\ith 4
support points. At each point there is a rubber mount, sort of like this:

       |==XX| |XX==|      <-- rubber disk shockmount
             ^
             ||
            bolt

Question: Is there supposed to be another shock mount (like a BarryMount)
that goes below the frame-integral rubber disk shockmount?
