[ARC5] Filament Power Supplies

The power supply I am thinking of is not something yanked out of a PC. It is a stand alone power supply, in a very heavy heatsinked case, with adjustable outputs via a pot control.
The output is in the form of a screw terminal strip, not a cable. Outputs are 5VDC at 100A and +12VDC, -12VDC at maybe 5 amps each and maybe something else as well.
The pot adjustment control cranks up the voltage on all outputs
I picked it up on ebay rather cheaply, from a store going out of business.
Obviously it would be an awesome PC supply, except that it would have be located externally.
And I do not have an immediate requirement for a large amount of filament power. When the filament transformers were brought up it started me wondering what the power supply is good for.
