[ARC5] AN/ART-4 Redux

OK. I've now got the ART-4 Target Sleeve transmitter pretty much doped
out. With the help of a pre-WW II doc on capacitor codes from Robert
Eleazer, I now have a circuit with values that actually make sense. The
unit is a mix of postage-stamp capacitors marked in different ways. :(

In the next few days, I'll take a couple of pics of the hardware and
convert the drawing to a .pdf.

If anybody would like to put it up on a site somewhere, please drop me a
note, off-list. I will be putting it on the Vintage-Military-RADAR.
