Glad you got it, Mike - and congrats. Figured it was a heavy hitter when I
saw the final price.

Mine is still boxed up from the move in late 2008. Continuing to search for
the CW-23054 Dual Coil Remote Control lever switch, the splines and covers.
It was also missing the loop control switch, manual, and spares kit. Found
all of them NOS including a spares kit from August's collection.

Also picked up a NOS/NIB beacon receiver for it a few years back from Steve
Finelli. The spares box looks just like the one for the RU/GF but is maybe
a quarter the size or less. I recall unwrapping one of the pieces to find a
final inspection date of Dec 5th 1941 stamped on the back. It sent chills
down my spine knowing I was the first one to set eyes on it since before
Pearl Harbor!

Eventually it will all get set up and used/displayed. Eventually....

I'm sure you will enjoy it. Just looking at all the bits 'n pieces all laid
out in their beautiful black wrinkle is a treat.
