[ARC5] Tape

Are these new modern radial caps or old tech axial?

Ive been restuffing cans for years and it gets easier as caps shrink in
size. I recently did a 20/20/20 450V with 22/33/33 and room to spare using
105 *C Nichicon radials.

Since I have a large roll of fairly heavy wall Teflon tubing rescued from
the trash at work 15 years or so ago it has performed admirably in all tasks
