[ARC5] Those Yellow "Serviceable Part" Tags

Aircraft that have an "O" in front of the serial number indicate that it is an older airplane.  So you could have a 2 as a leading digit preceded by an O as well

Yellow tag means serviceable.  Red tag means unserviceable.  Blue tag means "We donno" and I guess is often seen on components removed from aircraft at the Davis Monthan boneyard; have only seen one of those, off an early model F-111.
