[ARC5] Using a power transformers as a modulation transformer.

Around 1970, I tried a power transformer as modulation transformer
with a pair of 1625's (in Class B zero bias IIRC). It didn't work well.
I got reports that the bass response was lacking and there seemed to
be arcing at high voice levels. I was only a kid of 20 at the time, and
anything that worked was a novelty.
