[ARC5] Screw lengths for receivers

The third (and not third most) common length is 7/32". Used in the tube
covers amoung other places. Probably the original length for bottom covers
although 1/4" works OK there except for the three across the bottom front for
which I always use 3/16" without lock washer.
I think that all of the #3 lockwashers were intended to be captive but
removable with minor trouble. It's just that, probably due to tolerances, some
do come off easily.
