[ARC5] NDB IDs

I didn't even know we still had any "presence" there! 
 
As I recall, "we" went in there in WW II for a place 
to be able to spot Nazi submarines prowling around the 
Caribbean. I think I read that we had a lighthouse 
there at one time.

Dont we still maintain the equipment and runway as well as pay rent? All Honduras got out of it was free bird poop (guano aint cheap when reselling) and bragging rights about sticking it to the Yanquis.

I think we GAVE it to them 'cause it was
