Ken,

The input circuitry of these receivers (ignoring DF loop inputs) consists
of a small
antenna trimmer that connects to the first RF tuned circuit. So you are
looking at
an input that looks like a small capacitor in series with a large reactance
(at the
tuned frequency).

I don't think that there was any concept of a matched input impedance to
this. The
antenna input circuit looks like a high impedance, so most of the RF
voltage induced
on the antenna will appear across the input of the first RF amplifier tube
in the Command
Set receiver.
