[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

You really have to go some to get gasoline to combust. Its like many 
things....use a little common sense and let it work for you and not against.

I come from a long line of folks that have used various blends of gasoline 
over a century or so to degrease automotive and other items without lighting 
themselves or anything else up.
