[ARC5] Cleaning Capacitor Oil Leakage

I mentioned brake cleaner early in this thread and Ive been using it for 
decades inside radios, transmitters, etc and anywhere else there arent 
plastics it will affect.

Frees up old grease in switch detents and gear trains and washes off  the 
DeOxit residue that can damage some switch wafers and also cause problems in 
tube sockets.

Oh...and I also own, drive and restore vintage vehicles including a few real 
classics recognized by the CCCA.
