[ARC5] Filaments - How Low Can You Go?

I always run filaments at rated power, but have a dedicated HV transformer
and a "Variac" to change the B+. I run my BC-312-L and 314-D at ~100 VDC
to good speaker volume. I've gone to 45VDC and used headphones w/ good
results.

One thing I have found is that the rigs run much cooler and drift is
minimal after several minutes. My real motivation was to save me the pain
of replacing the BBOD's in the RF cans......so far, so good!
