[ARC5] ARC Type 12 R-10A Receiver

The later R-22 also covers the same frequency range, but it has a different
front panel connector configuration.

The military and A.R.C. commercial manuals that I've seen do not cover the
R-22.  I'd like to know more about the function it served, distinct from
the common R-10A.
