And we still have vandals and they are now steeling copper wire, metal monuments from grave yards, etc. History doesn't repeat, it just continues! Along the Lend Lease railraod lines through Persia (during WWII) they had a hard time keeping telegraph wires up on the poles. Plenty of new copper wares at the bazaar though!
