[ARC5] Deciphering Navy Contract Numbers

No embedded date code - the best you can do is compare known contract
numbers and dates
I'd love to see a complete list some day - anyone? anyone?.
Anyways, I found these -
NXsr-35352 30 Jul 1943 (TBX-6, TBX-7)
NXsr-38500 22 Apr 1944 (TBX-8)

so probably some time late '43 or early '44 for NXsr-38074

That contract is for the RDM triple diversity system of which
CRV-46246A was a component.
The later RDM-1 had gray face receivers CRV-46246B
